A fine not exceeding than one thousand ticals can be imposed on anyone who gives property or other properties to an unauthorized person. If a person is found guilty of transferring property or other assets to an unapproved person can be punished with a fine not over 1,000 ticals. The notifications are executed in accordance to the law of Bangladesh.

There are many reasons why the Bangladeshi notice government has issued these notifications. First and foremost, there are many cases of land grabs. People don't adhere to the law and grab land without permission. To prevent this from happening the notice issued by the government of Bangladesh has issued the notification. The notice will inform citizens of their rights to the property as well as the appropriate behavior to take when handling the property.

The government of Bangladesh has given to citizens of Bangladesh about not accepting any offer for buying the property without prior notice. The notice states that they will not allowed to possess the properties until notice has been published. The notice also states that the ownership of the property cannot be transferred to anyone until the specified time period has expired.
